J e know most of you already read the manga "phenomenon", but for others here, in a nutshell, the reasons be interested.
Death Note is primarily a fucking scenario, daring and well-crafted, one of a book that gives its owner the power to kill, simply write the name of one man and one died in the manner described.
Not too spoil the surprise, I would add that the author brilliantly anchored in a very dangerous subject. Without falling into a Manichean read too often, it confronts two justices, two men, two ethical relativity we need to tape.

E n addition to providing an interesting theme, Death Note manga is primarily a breathless suspense to unbearable. It is clearly impossible to stop until the end. Speaking of late, conversely to most manga, the story is not diluted in 36 volumes, the main story ends in Volume 7, and from the 8th we begin another investigation which, to my taste although fewer surprises and fishing.
V his is, fans of manga or not, I sincerely advise you, especially with 7 volumes the reader is filled with a purpose, and the memory of a thrilling and exciting adventure.
A film based on these volumes came out on DVD, I have no idea what worth to you to tell me!
